The Naruto franchise opens its world through the manga, and takes the opportunity to explore side stories that were originally introduced as novels, but will now receive manga adaptations as well. With the previous example, the manga adaptation was created after Sasuke and Sakura during the time between them Naruto Shippuden And the Boruto: Naruto Next GenerationsA new manga has arrived thanks to Shonen Jump that offers a new take on the story known as Konoha Retsuden, a story that follows Kakashi and Might Guy as they search for magical hot springs.
Naruto: Konoha Story – Steam Ninja Scrolls: Manga is currently available to read via Shonen Jump, although the story had already appeared in the anime adaptation during the series’ final sequel. In this arc, Kakashi takes Might Guy on a journey to a series of hot springs, where the Copycat Ninjas hope to find a specific language that has the power to cure Rock Lee-sensei’s injuries, which have left him on the sidelines since the end of Naruto Shippuden. Both Guy and Kakashi were accompanied by Mirai, daughter of Kurenai and Asmau, who was hoping to create her own unique environment that might have the power to bring her father back from the dead.

Kakashi was completely absent when it came to the current intrigues taking place from the new Kara organization, as Jigen’s death saw Code take over and form a new squad of rogue ninjas in an attempt to fulfill Otsutsuki’s wishes. Shockingly, the new Code team didn’t hold together for long, as Eda and Daemon defected and actually joined Hidden Leaf Village. While Konoha might be grateful to have these loose cannons as part of their team, it’s clear that Boruto, Kawaki, and other ninjas will need to keep a close eye on former Kara members.
